Required Documents
Prepare the following documents according to your Hong Kong visa purpose and applicant profile.
General Documents
- Application form - ID1003A, ID520 & Authority Letter signed by the applicant.
- Photocopies of the passport with all visas and endorsements. If there is no visa in the passport, submit photocopy of the full passport. Original passport must be shown at the time of application submission.
- Forwarding letter on company letterhead mentioning the purpose and plan of the visit addressed to the Director of Immigration, Immigration Department, Hong Kong.
- One recent photograph as specified in Form ID1003A. Please affix it by glue.
- Visiting Card.
- Flight arrangement (PNR).
- Accommodation / hotel booking in Hong Kong if overnight stay is required.
- Bank statement of at least the last three months (Company + Personal).
- Latest TIN certificate in English (Company + Personal).
- Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate / Trade License translated in English and notarized.
- One additional set of all documents must be submitted along with the visa application.

Business Visit & Family Applications
Additional supporting documents may be required when travelling with spouse, children or other family members.
Family Members
If accompanied by spouse, children or other family members, provide a photocopy of the forwarding letter signed by the principal applicant.
Applicant Details
The forwarding letter should mention the accompanying members' names and passport numbers.
Principal Applicant
Supporting documents of the principal applicant should be attached to each accompanying family member's application.
Active Business Proof
For business visits, provide proof that the Bangladeshi company is actively operating, such as invoices, brochures or similar evidence.
Trade Fair
For trade fair visits, an invitation letter from the fair organizer should be provided.
Extra Document Set
One additional complete set of all documents must be submitted with the visa application.
